Grady brings a uniquely diverse background spanning e-commerce, financial services, and product distribution. As a LEAN SIX SIGMA Certified Black Belt, he combines strategic process improvement expertise with hands-on entrepreneurial experience. He has successfully launched and operated businesses across multiple industries, including beauty and baby product distribution, as well as founding an ice cream company from the ground up.
A pioneer in online retail, Grady co-founded e-commerce ventures that helped shape early selling practices on Amazon.com and eBay, establishing guidelines that influenced how sellers operate on both platforms.
Before entering the e-commerce arena, Grady built a strong foundation in investment consulting and financial planning as an independent financial advisor affiliated with AXA Advisors, LPL Financial Services, and Guardian Life. He specialized in serving both individual and small business clients, with deep expertise in the 403(b) and 457 markets. His leadership included developing the Retirement Benefits Group in Honolulu and later revitalizing Colonial Supplemental Insurance as Hawaii’s District General Agent.

Yuki Yasuda is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in event coordination, customer relations, and e-commerce management, specializing in serving an international clientele. As the Director of Customer Relations at ARC INC., Yuki manages a diverse portfolio, delivering exceptional service to high-end clients in Japan and around the world.
Beyond her expertise in event management, Yuki has in-depth, hands-on experience with major e-commerce platforms including Amazon, eBay, Buyma, and WooCommerce, with a strong grasp of both U.S. and Japanese markets. Her skill set also extends to real estate and luxury resort sales, where her exceptional sales acumen and proven closing ability have been instrumental in securing numerous successful transactions.

Roger brings over 20 years of experience working with Japanese companies and a proven talent for detail-oriented, efficient work. He offers a wealth of expertise in operations management, leadership, manufacturing, and product sourcing, providing a comprehensive skill set that supports business growth from concept to execution.
With deep knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management, Roger excels at identifying efficiencies, streamlining operations, and optimizing production—delivering measurable cost savings while elevating product quality.
